The Barn is the largest of our six self-catering cottages. Once the main barn, which served The Grove and estate, it was converted in the 1980’s to sleep six people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and a room with bunk beds downstairs. The rest of The Barn is open plan and suits up to six people perfectly. Parking can be outside either entrance to The Barn.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, while the living room is complete with freeview television and DVD player, and WiFi is accessible throughout.
All the facilities at The Grove are available for residents of the self-catering cottages. So, if you don’t feel like cooking, you can take advantage of our award-winning restaurant. You can also book in for breakfast (a treat on the last day of your holiday), order from our drinks menu, use the indoor swimming pool and outdoor play equipment, explore the grounds and neighbouring woods that lead to the cliffs and beach, or relax with a afternoon tea in our beautiful Georgian house and gardens.
