Award winning fine dining in North Norfolk, here at The Grove Restaurant in Cromer.

We believe our two AA rosettes are a tribute to our commitment to serving seasonally inspired and locally sourced food, which is in abundance here in Norfolk. Dining at The Grove is an award winning experience that should not be missed.

Our strong belief in supporting local producers and showcasing local, seasonal flavours have helped place The Grove firmly in the spotlight as one of Norfolk’s most sought after dining experiences.

Much of the produce we bring to the plate can be found growing only hours before in The Grove’s very own fruit and vegetable gardens, orchard or poly-tunnel. Lovingly cared for by octogenarian and former owner, John Graveling. Featuring a seasonally inspired and locally sourced menu, we make good use of the abundance of delicious Norfolk ingredients to be found around us. We believe the quality of produce available to us in Norfolk is the finest in the country, which is why all of our meat and fish is sourced from local suppliers including Icarus Hines and John Davies.

The Grove offers a choice of two restaurants for diners – the wood-panelled study and the original Georgian dining room. Both have their unique character and features but one thing that remains the same is the quality of the food and the service we provide – these award-winning qualities mean that we are fast becoming one of the top food and drink destinations not only in Cromer, but throughout Norfolk.

As owner, Richard Graveling, says:  “As a small restaurant we have the luxury of being able to give each individual dish real care and attention, which is what our guests really appreciate”.

New for 2018, we will be offering a Table D’Hote set menu, of one starter, one main and one dessert for early diners from 5 until 6:30pm priced at £14.95 for two courses and £19.95 for three courses.

We also take great care with special dietary requirements and our chefs are always happy to come up with creative alternatives, so do let us know of any allergies and requirements prior to dining with us and we will do our utmost to meet your needs.

Lunch is served every Sunday. View a sample Sunday Lunch menu. Throughout the week we also serve lunch for pre-booked parties of 8 people or more.

Dinner is served 7 days a week, 6-9pm. View our A la Carte Menu.

Sunday dinner is from our Sunday Lunch Menu.
