Wine tasting and tasting menu night
29th November 2019
An evening of tastings from our new winter menu
co-hosted by Jason Banner of vintners Peter Graham Wines
We are delighted to be welcoming Jason Banner of vintners Peter Graham Wines, who will be taking you through the subtleties of five wines paired with our tasting menu based on up and coming dishes at The Grove. Jason has been working in the wine industry for 29 years, and is hugely knowledgeable of flavours and varieties.
Peter Graham Wines started trading out of a 15th century shop in Norwich’s historic Elm Hill and have built their company on good business sense and good ethics. We only deal with producers who share our ethics, and who run squeaky-clean, consistent operations. In poorer countries we always check, to the best of our ability, that vineyard workers are fairly treated and housed. We look for wineries which respect the vines and interfere with nature as little as possible. We generally ship full containers to minimise environmental impact.
